About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events in and around Nottingham . This role is crucial for managing all aspects of event delivery, from conceptualization and budgeting to on-site coordination and post-event analysis. You will work closely with marketing, logistics, and external vendors to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including conferences, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, vendor management, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are meticulously managed.
• Manage on-site operations during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth attendee experience.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, analyzing feedback and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Event Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered events.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
