Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies and design through to construction and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies for infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors, consultants, and construction partners.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and relevant building codes.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management regarding project progress and any potential issues.
• Control project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, reporting on financial performance regularly.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and software tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding £5 million.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
