Senior Project Manager - Operations

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to drive operational excellence within their business in Bradford . This role is responsible for leading and managing a variety of operational improvement projects, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization. You will play a critical part in enhancing the company's operational capabilities and achieving its strategic goals through effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of operational projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives.
• Analyze current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop project proposals.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing direction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for all assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in project management, with a strong focus on operational improvement or business transformation.
