Senior Project Manager: Principal Projects Leader

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global facilities and real estate management provider, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join the team in the Hertfordshire/Middlesex area. This role leads Principal Projects within the Delivery Area, driving growth and client service excellence.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with developers, designers and subcontractors, prepare programmes, manage risk, cost and schedule, and ensure CDM and HSE compliance.
