Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of new product development projects , from ideation to commercialization.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

• Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and market demands.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong background in product development.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products or significant product enhancements.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
