Senior Project Manager - Renewable Energy Infrastructure

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for renewable energy installations (e.g., solar farms, wind turbines).
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee risk management, ensuring potential issues are identified and mitigated effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and manage project changes as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a substantial focus on the energy sector, particularly renewables.
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
