Senior Project Manager - Renewables

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects in the Norwich area. This pivotal role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of renewable energy developments, from initial feasibility studies through to construction and commissioning. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind).
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and the project development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
