Senior Project Manager - Retail Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail operational projects , ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store management, merchandising, IT, and supply chain, to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, customer service, and sales operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
