Senior Project Manager - Software Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement and champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize development processes and team productivity.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication among team members and with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , with a significant portion dedicated to software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering complex technical solutions.
