About the Role
Our client is seeking a proficient and adaptable Senior Project Manager to join their innovative team in Brighton . This role focuses on leading complex software development projects, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, fostering a collaborative and agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
- Implement and champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize development processes and team productivity.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication among team members and with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , with a significant portion dedicated to software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering complex technical solutions.
