Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, set clear objectives, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements and user needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , specifically within software development environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
