Senior Project Manager - Software Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects concurrently.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize work.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth project progress.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks effectively to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , specifically within software development environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile (Scrum, Kanban) projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
