Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of software development projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.

• Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team performance and delivery velocity.
• Manage project risks, identify dependencies, and proactively address impediments to ensure smooth project progression.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing transparent updates.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and security best practices throughout the development cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing software development projects, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies .
• Proven success in delivering complex software products on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including various development models.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
