Senior Project Manager - Technology Implementation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Project Manager specializing in technology implementation for this fully remote position based in Bristol . You will lead critical projects focused on deploying new software systems, upgrading existing infrastructure, and integrating diverse technological solutions across the organization. This role demands exceptional leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to drive complex technical projects to successful completion within a virtual setting. You will be a key player in enhancing our client's technological capabilities and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technology implementation projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the work of technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project milestones.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Ensure successful user adoption and provide post-implementation support oversight.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience managing large-scale technology projects and software implementations.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex technical projects in a remote-first environment.
• Deep understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
