Senior Project Manager - Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams, product owners, and IT infrastructure specialists.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets for technology initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Ensure delivered technology solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , specifically managing technology and software development projects.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage distributed project efforts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PMP or Agile certification a plus.
