About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple key projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.
• Implement and champion project management best practices and methodologies across the organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with significant budgets and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
