Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget frameworks.
• Lead and empower project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain robust communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Ensure the successful handover and closure of projects, documenting key learnings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with a focus on strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing large budgets and complex resource plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management software.
• Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is strongly preferred.
