You will be instrumental in guiding project teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress and key decisions.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project execution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a demanding environment.
• A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required.
