Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage project scope, changes, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track project performance, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong written and verbal capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
