About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is central to leading and delivering key organizational projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and successful closure, contributing to the operational success and growth within Staffordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, and budgets.
- Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular, accurate reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement in Stoke-on-Trent .
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Project Manager role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven experience in developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
