Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects within the Oxford area.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on complex projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering them on time and within budget.
• Expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hybrid working models is beneficial.
