About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across the organisation. You will be instrumental in driving project success by fostering collaboration, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders regardless of their geographical location. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, for large-scale projects .
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among remote team members , stakeholders, and external partners through virtual channels.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports on progress, risks, and milestones to senior management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in a fully remote environment , understanding the nuances of distributed team dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them as necessary.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools essential for remote work.
