Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Experience within the Northern Ireland business landscape is advantageous.
