Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication of project status, milestones, and potential challenges to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Apply and refine project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, and a solid understanding of various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
