About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects within their diverse portfolio, based in the heart of Aberdeen, Scotland . You will be instrumental in driving project success from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation for Aberdeen -based projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working in a client-facing capacity and managing stakeholder relationships is highly desirable.
