Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive remote working environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
