About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of diverse projects, ensuring successful delivery against strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessment strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, regardless of geographical location.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough project reviews and provide comprehensive post-project analysis and recommendations for Sunderland -based initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in project management, with a proven history of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
