About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team in Leeds and drive the successful delivery of key business projects. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition through to execution, monitoring, and closure. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure project objectives align with overarching business strategies, navigating challenges and ensuring successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Effectively manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring task completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive solutions.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Significant experience (6+ years) in project management, overseeing complex projects.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies .
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
