About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a project management capacity, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
