Senior Project Manager

West London

Hybrid: 3 days client site / 2 days working from home

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major mission-critical construction project within a high-performing, international team.

The role:

• Manage MEP packages across the full construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality, risk and project reporting.
• Manage design coordination, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Support the successful handover of complex building services systems.

We are looking for:

• 5–6+ years’ Project Management experience.
• Strong MEP, building services or mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience delivering data centres or other complex construction projects.
• A construction, engineering or building services background.
• Previous consultancy, client-side or PMC experience is preferred.
• Project Management qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
