About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly competent Senior Project Manager to lead important projects within their Nottingham -based operations. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet critical deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a skilled leader who can effectively manage project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively address challenges to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
