About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate project team members, ensuring clear communication and effective task execution.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to stay on track.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to executive leadership and relevant committees.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and accessible to relevant parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project planning software and techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across various departments.
• A strong understanding of business operations and strategic alignment within the Coventry area.
