Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans , defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines efficiently to ensure optimal use of assets.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear lines of communication.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Regularly report on project progress, milestones, and challenges to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong background in delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies , with experience using project management software.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
- A professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is highly preferred.
