Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of resources to meet financial targets.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key decisions clearly to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, guiding project members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Demonstrated experience working within a hybrid model, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
