About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring clear accountability.
• Regularly report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management , with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership in a hybrid work environment .
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
