Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead and direct project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective task management and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, and timely communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance against baselines, tracking progress, and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned sessions and final documentation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in project management , delivering complex projects successfully.
• Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
