About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects within their dynamic organization in London . You will be responsible for leading project teams from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and key metrics, providing regular status reports and updates to leadership.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and governance frameworks, driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
