Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and transparent reporting.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £500,000.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
