Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, direction, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices to optimize delivery processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience, preferably in the energy or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
