Senior Project Quantity Surveyor | Flexible Working

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage financial, commercial and contractual aspects of mid to large construction projects across Yorkshire and the North East. You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, forecasts and assist in tender documents, evaluating subcontractor proposals and negotiating contracts.

You will monitor cash flow, track expenses, and run value engineering to cut costs while maintaining quality.
