Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Acquisitions Specialist to join their team, managing acquisitions for properties across the Liverpool area and surrounding regions. This role involves identifying lucrative investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities that align with investment strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and site assessments.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers and their representatives.
• Liaise with legal counsel, surveyors, and lenders throughout the acquisition process.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and present recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in property acquisitions , real estate development, or investment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing complex property deals.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, legal documentation, and valuation principles.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Liverpool and wider North West property market is essential.
