Albyn Housing Society is seeking aSenior Property Services Officer to join the Property Services team. The role focuses on ensuring our homes are maintained to a high standard and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will drive repairs performance, monitor budgets, and contribute to planned investment programmes. You will manage contractor performance and use asset data to support long-term investment decisions, with occasional line management responsibilities.
