Senior Property Manager — Multi-Site (South Coast)

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Senior Property Manager to own a South Coast portfolio of three developments and 452 homes across Portsmouth, Hythe and Southampton. You will act as the trusted contact for residents, client stakeholders and onsite teams, ensuring safety, seamless service and thriving communities in a hybrid work pattern.

You’ll lead onsite staff, manage budgets and compliance, coordinate contractors, and deliver planned and reactive works while maintaining excellent client updates
