Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in property management , with a significant portion in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing both residential and commercial properties .
• In-depth knowledge of UK property law , regulations, and best practices in property management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, suited for a fully remote role .
