We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded property business in Honiton who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their lettings team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings or property management who is looking to take on more responsibility within an established and supportive business.

What’s in it for you?

• £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary depending on experience

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio and providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants, including:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties

• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants

• Handling maintenance, tenancy and property-related queries

• Managing more complex landlord and tenant situations

• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant

• Carrying out property inspections where required

• Coordinating maintenance and works

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords

• Supporting the wider lettings team

• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow landlord business

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within residential lettings or property management

• Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships

• Professional and personable

• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of lettings

• Organised and able to manage a busy workload

• Comfortable dealing with challenging or complex situations

• Keen to develop and take on further responsibility
