Salary - £25,000 + £40,000

Hours - 8.30am - 6.00pm

Driver & own Car required

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their busy and successful team based in Loughton. Managing a high-quality portfolio of properties, they are seeking a candidate with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

This fantastic opportunity will focus on managing the full property management lifecycle, including maintaining strong landlord relationships, handling tenant queries, coordinating maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with current legislation, conducting property inspections, and overseeing the smooth running of the portfolio.

It is essential that you have previous experience within property management, with a strong understanding of lettings legislation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the local Loughton property market would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic. You will be dedicated to maintaining our client's excellent reputation for professionalism, integrity, and outstanding levels of customer service.

Duties

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Handling referencing and move in process
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Managing tenancy renewals, extensions and rent reviews
• Conducting property inspections and overseeing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling deposits, dilapidations and tenancy-related issues
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain fully compliant
• Resolving more complex or escalated landlord and tenant matters
