Job Description
Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking an Estate Agents professional to fill a Senior Property Manager position in Downend. This full-time, permanent role offers a basic salary of £31,000, with on-target earnings reaching £34,000 or more. Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with no weekend commitments, you will oversee a substantial portfolio of rental properties. Core duties include arranging repairs, coordinating safety checks, conducting inspections, and managing tenant check-ins and check-outs. You will also handle deposits and disputes while maintaining clear communication with landlords and tenants. This position suits an experienced individual capable of supporting a wider team and ensuring all legal property requirements are satisfied.

Pertemps Bristol are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join an established independent estate agency in Downend. You’ll manage a portfolio of rental properties and be a senior member of the property management team. You’ll deal with landlords, tenants and contractors, while also supporting the wider team.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of rental properties
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Arranging property safety checks
- Making sure properties meet legal requirements
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Dealing with tenancy deposits and disputes
- Keeping landlords and tenants updated
- Building good relationships with contractors
- Supporting and helping to lead the property management team
- Working with the wider lettings team
