Senior Property Sales Exec – Shared Ownership Lead & Coach

A2Dominion in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales in shared ownership, resales and staircasing. You will manage your own enquiries, support the Sales Manager, and coach colleagues to achieve the team’s targets while maintaining high customer standards.

You will handle affordability assessments with Advisers, coordinate with Local Authorities, and maintain CRM records from enquiry to completion, including property viewings and tours.
