Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical and desktop valuations of diverse property types, ensuring adherence to RICS standards.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, including market analysis, comparable evidence, and professional recommendations.
• Engage directly with clients, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors, to understand their needs and present valuation findings clearly.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting the property market .
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of best practices within the valuation team.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent professional valuation qualification.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in property valuation , with a strong understanding of the UK property sector .
• Proficiency in using valuation software and databases.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting .
