Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to determine property values.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, including comparable market analysis and financial projections.
- Conduct on-site property inspections, assessing physical condition, features, and potential.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to discuss valuation findings and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in property valuation.
- Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the team's overall knowledge base and service excellence.
Requirements
- RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS) in Valuation or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation , preferably within the London market.
- Proficiency in valuation software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of property law, planning regulations, and market dynamics.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet strict deadlines consistently.
