Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of properties to assess their condition, features, and market potential in Leicestershire .
- Research and analyse local market trends, comparable sales data, and economic factors influencing property values.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate property valuation reports for a diverse range of clients, including lenders, investors, and homeowners.
- Provide expert advice on property pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and potential development outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders within the property industry.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and changes in the UK property market .
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Valuer or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law, valuation methodologies, and RICS standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- A relevant RICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
